Our all inclusive turn key process is a very simple investment model which leaves very little involvement necessary from our investors and home owners.

Our analysts search real estate markets all around the greater Atlanta metro area, choosing only neighborhoods and locations that indicate adequate growth, a healthy rental market, and a supply of potential income producing properties. We then continue to select only the properties which have potential to be the most profitable. The properties are then purchased in bulk from a number of outlets including banks, REO departments, and more. Our buying power and established relationships allows us to purchase income producing properties at far below replacement value.
2. Property Renovation
Our full service construction team then refurbishes each rental property to make it clean and attractive for quality, reliable tenants. This could consist of painting, replacing carpet, remodeling kitchens, replacing appliances, and more. The quality of our renovations is never compromised to ensure quality tenants, but is done cost effectively to increase profitability.
3. Property Financing and Closing
When we sell a property to our clients, they will own their real estate outright. They have total control over their investment, meaning they can sell it at any time, or have it managed by another company if they wish. Our experienced staff will also assist with lining up financing if necessary through IRA's, a traditional mortgage, etc.
4. Property Management
Property management is time consuming, and our unbeatable property management services not only save you the time, but also the hassle that comes along with managing your own property. We will not only place qualified tenants in our rentals before selling them, but we handle all the details such as rent collection, maintenance, legal proceedings, etc. after you purchase a rental property. We will provide our clients with monthly financial statements and deposit the net profit into their bank account.
